Our Global Diabetes Capability Center is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and Technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.

Within the Diabetes Customer Service and Supply Chain organization, we are looking for a Senior Training & Education Specialist to join our Service Excellence team. Our team drives customer journey transformation by streamlining processes, building capabilities, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding operational resilience.
In this role, you will own training and education across Diabetes Order Management – International, while actively supporting the transition to MiniMed and newly implemented platforms. You will empower employees to deliver memorable service that fosters customer loyalty and elevates their experience, through system training, soft skills programs, onboarding, and service excellence development.
You will be working in an international team with colleagues located in different countries. This is a hybrid position with office location in the Manila, Philippines.Your tasks may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• Designing, developing, and delivering system training programs
· Creating and facilitating soft skills training programs
· Owning and continuously improving the onboarding program for new hires within Diabetes Order Management
· Developing and maintaining training materials
· Assessing training needs
· Measuring training effectiveness through KPIs, evaluations, and feedback loops
· Partnering with Quality & Compliance and Process Governance teams
· Supporting management change
Required Knowledge and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree
· Min. 4 years' experience in training, learning & development, or enablement within order management or customer service environments
· Clarity of thought, simplification, intellectual curiosity, and co-creation mindset are key demonstrated values
· Experience designing and delivering training programs
· Experience with e-learning tools and learning management systems (LMS)
· Experience working in a multi-stakeholder / multi-national environment
· Experience in change management and adoption enablement
• Fluent in English
It is beneficial if the Senior Training & Education Specialist would have the following experience:
S/4HANA, SAP Centerpiece, Salesforce and/or CRM (ICE) system
Agile Project Management (Scrum)
Knowledge of the (Diabetes) medical device industry or pharma
Experience in Medical Devices / Healthcare / Life Sciences industries
