Frontend Developer

Responsibilities:
You'll build the mobile brain of Dhruva: the layer that decides whether a user in rural Rajasthan gets an answer in 500ms or 5 seconds, and whether the app stays reliable while Dhruva negotiates for 10,000 users simultaneously.
Architect a transport-agnostic real-time messaging layer (WebSocket, HTTP polling, push) with zero UI-layer churn as transports change.
Build the offline-first local data layer sync, conflict resolution, and schema migrations that scale as Dhruva's capabilities grow.
Build extensible rendering infra for AI-native UI: streaming responses, polymorphic message types, inline actionable widgets.
Handle the unglamorous but critical mobile edge cases: backgrounding, token refresh, network loss recovery.
Requirements:
3+ years of React Native, with production apps shipped to both app stores.
Strong WebSocket experience: connection lifecycle, reconnection, event-driven handling.
SQLite or WatermelonDB in production, including schema migrations and offline-first patterns.
TypeScript fluency: strict types from backend contracts through the data layer.
Android performance chops: FlatList tuning, Hermes, memory profiling.
Redux (or equivalent) for concurrent async state without race conditions.
