Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Create BRDs, FRS, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Conduct impact analysis, feasibility studies, and solution design discussions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Development, and QA teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage requirements throughout the SDLC.
Support UAT, defect triage, and production validation.
Drive stakeholder communication, requirement sign-offs, and process improvements.
Required Skills
9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst.
Strong expertise in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and stakeholder management.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand a feature and slice and dice accordingly is needed.
Ability to prioritize based on business requirement is an absolute necessity.
Safe PO certification can be mentioned as Preferred.
Preferred
Experience in Product-based organizations.
Exposure to API integrations, process modeling, and system design.
Domain experience in Travel or Airlines is an added advantage.
