Planning of machinery and investments,
Technical planning of products and manufacturing processes (turning, milling, grinding etc),
Ensuring continuity and optimization of production,
Leading improvement and digitalization/automation projects in the manufacturing area related with safety, quality, efficiency, cost, performance increase etc.,
Proactive collaboration with all departments regarding continuity of production and improvement projects,
Tracking and reporting of KPIs under area of responsibility
Graduation from Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Metallurgy Engineering or relevant engineering faculties,
Production knowledge & technical experience is an advantage (machining),
Very good command in English (German is an asset),
Very good computer skills, SAP knowledge is an asset,
Eagerness to learn, detail oriented with analytical thinking and pro-active approach,
Strong communication skills
