The Senior Manager, Operations Strategy Enablement will identify, develop, and scale strategic capabilities across a broad operations organization. This role connects opportunities across Originations, Front Office, Backoffice, and Collections, helping proven tools, technologies, and operating practices reach teams where they can create measurable value. As a centralized enablement leader, you will own complex initiatives from opportunity identification and business-case development through implementation, adoption, and performance measurement. You will collaborate across Strategy, Operations, Product, Technology, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, and other functions to turn shared opportunities into scalable solutions. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Success will be measured through stronger adoption, improved efficiency, better customer experiences, and broader organizational impact.
