As an Associate Technology Application Manager in the HR Application Support team you’re passionate about excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You have a natural flair for building relationships and will ideally have some experience of supporting and configuring Workday, a market leading Human Capital Management system that is used extensively by Nuffield Health
As our Associate Technology Application Manager, you will:
Provide day-to-day support for Workday HCM and other key HR applications. Including end user support, training and potentially out-of-hours support.
Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and have a strong attention to detail.
Take part in your community of practice, understanding the principles of application design, management, and the software development lifecycle.
Develop your application configuration skills, specifically for the Workday HCM application, delivering non-complex configurations with support from more senior colleagues.
Continually look for areas of improvement across your application domain (process, technical, training), including automation of business processes, automation of existing data feeds and continuous improvement of data quality.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Have the confidence to influence HR teams and managers in the business, prepare to challenge and be challenged.
Manage incidents effectively to ensure that service is returned to a satisfactory operational standard as quickly as possible with a minimum of disruption to the users of that service.
