Vigtigste ansvarsområder:
Opretholde en positiv, empatisk og professionel attitude overfor vores kunder til enhver tid og sikre den bedst mulige forbrugeroplevelse og engagement.
Håndter indkommende henvendelser via mail og telefon, undersøg problemerne, løs klager og find løsninger.
Møde daglige mål for service, produktivitet og kvalitet.
Anbefaling af forbedringer til systemer og processer for at øge organisatorisk effektivitet.
Identificer muligheder for at drive salg og omsætning, og grib muligheder for mersalg, når det er passende.
Aktiv deltagelse i kontinuerlige proces- og effektivitetsforbedringer.
Være en holdspiller og støtte kolleger når det er nødvendigt.
