What You'll Do
As an Accounting & Reporting Expert I, you will join the Cost Invoicing and Recharges Services Circle within Global Finance Services, supporting finance operations across APAC, Europe, and the United States. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality financial operations while contributing to finance transformation initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable processes.
Acting as a key point of contact for country stakeholders and supported teams.
Ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, billing, payment execution, and reconciliations.
Supporting month-end close activities, accruals, reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Preparing and maintaining operational dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
Supporting compliance, audit, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Driving process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contributing to AI adoption and digital transformation projects within Finance.
Building strong relationships with global stakeholders and service partners.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable operations.
Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes, controls, and reconciliations.
Experience using ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar systems.
Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global environment.
Nice to Have
Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services environments.
Exposure to automation, robotics process automation (RPA), AI tools, or digital transformation initiatives.
Project or process improvement experience.
Experience supporting international finance operations.
