🔧 Role: Manufacturing Automation Engineer / Sr. Manufacturing Automation Engineer
📌 Experience: 3 – 11 Years
🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop manufacturing automation and assembly systems
Develop conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and transfer mechanisms
Design and implement pick-and-place systems using pneumatic, servo, and robotic technologies
Lead evaluation and deployment of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR)
Design warehouse automation solutions including ASRS, robotic palletizing, and automated storage systems
Integrate industrial robots for assembly, packaging, inspection, machine tending, and material handling
Design jigs, fixtures, and tooling for manufacturing and assembly processes
Support projects from concept, feasibility, design, installation, commissioning, and production ramp-up
Prepare layouts, BOMs, technical specifications, and project documentation
Drive troubleshooting, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
