Designation - Test Analyst
REPORTS TO: Sr. Software Test Engineer
LOCATION: Pune (India)
Job description-
We work in an environment where Developers and Testers are more exposed to IT and systems in
production and the IT professionals are more exposed to the software development process. By focusing
on this level of exposure it allows us to build a team more equipped to deal with incidents and requests.
It also allows developers, testers, and IT professionals to provide more efficient services.
We are looking for a Software Test Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in manual and automation
testing. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Playwright with Python, along with
knowledge of API automation, functional testing, accessibility, and performance testing.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Maintain UI automation using Playwright with Python.
Perform API testing and automation using Rest Assured, Java, and TestNG.
Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing.
Perform accessibility testing and validate applications against basic WCAG standards.
Perform basic performance testing using JMeter or similar tools.
Identify, report, and track defects and work closely with developers for resolution.
Maintain automation frameworks and integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing status and quality risks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
2–4 years of relevant QA/testing experience.
Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
