Community Department Manager

OVERVIEW:

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Own and deliver the regional community strategy across the East Region, ensuring alignment with Gymshark's brand vision and business goals.
Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with gyms, fitness studios, ambassadors, athletes, influencers and community partners.
Plan and execute a calendar of events, activations and experiences that drive awareness, engagement and customer connection.
Collaborate closely with Store Managers and cross-functional teams to create locally relevant community initiatives that support commercial performance.
Identify opportunities to grow Gymshark's presence within existing and emerging fitness communities.
Leverage insights, feedback and performance data to continuously improve community engagement and event effectiveness.
Act as a passionate brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects Gymshark's values and mission.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Experience in community management, partnerships, events, brand marketing, retail engagement or a related field
A proven ability to build authentic relationships and create meaningful community connections.
Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
Commercial awareness and the ability to connect community activity with measurable business outcomes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging audiences both internally and externally.
A proactive, self-starting mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine passion for fitness, wellbeing and creating experiences that inspire others.
Flexibility to travel across the region and support events outside of standard business hours when required.
SALARY RANGE
This role has a salary range between $70,000-$80,000. We are committed to fair and consistent pay practices. The salary range shown represents the anticipated hiring range for this position and may vary depending on individual qualifications and internal equity
