Job Description
MIS Specialist (Excel/Advanced Excel)
Job Location: Airoli, Mumbai
Training will be for the first 4 - 6 weeks Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST (7 AM - 4 PM CST) with mandatory attendance to ensure you receive the best support and education to prepare you for your new role.
What You Will Bring
3 - 6 years of experience with strong expertise in Excel and Advanced Excel, with knowledge of Finance is preferred
Critical thinking skills with the ability to review and analyze information from multiple resources to make an educated decision; strong problem solving and resolution skills.
Service related skill set with ability to maintain a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, remain adaptable and flexible with change.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated computer skills with the ability to navigate and toggle between multiple programs and internal resources simultaneously to perform daily functions.
Self-motivation with demonstrated ability to work and collaborate in a virtual environment.
Role Overview
Perform activities in support of business process improvements, risk reduction or cost savings initiatives, best practice identification, etc.
Identify efficiencies and value-added solutions that could affect multiple lines of business and departments; analyzes possibilities, capabilities, and constraints; and recommend alternative business solutions.
Provide daily and ad hoc customer support and develops documentation.
Responsible for the creation of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for metrics.
Accept escalated issues and work on problems of a moderate scope; analyzes root cause, understand the impact and scope of the problem(s), and apply judgment within defined practices to determine the appropriate action.
Participate in the initiation, requirements, design, testing, and post-implementation support phases of a projects.
