Transaction Banking Implementation & Client Services
Why Join
As a key member of our Transaction Banking team, you'll play a vital role in delivering seamless and efficient payment solutions to our clients. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, design tailored solutions, and implement them with precision. It's a challenging yet rewarding role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to take a client-centric approach, understanding their unique needs and pain points. You'll work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to design and implement end-to-end solutions for transaction banking products, including API, H2H, and SWIFT that meet customer's needs. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate complex information clearly will be essential to your success.
What you do
- Manage the implementation of transaction banking solutions for clients, ensuring timely and smooth delivery
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design tailored solutions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and operations teams, to ensure seamless delivery
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet client requirements
- Provide training and support to clients on new solutions and services
Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or computer science
- At least 3 years of experience in transaction banking, implementation, or a related field, with technical expertise in H2H, API, and SWIFT FileAct solutions.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results
