What You'll Do
As part of our Global Finance Services - Cost Invoicing and Recharges Services Circle, you'll support finance operations across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the United States while ensuring efficient and accurate financial processing.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
Processing invoices, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close activities.
Supporting payment processing, billing, cash application, and open item management.
Maintaining operational dashboards, KPIs, and finance reports.
Ensuring compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Supporting vendor data management and e-invoicing initiatives.
Identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Participating in AI, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborating with global stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for professionals who combine strong finance fundamentals with a mindset for innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable operations.
Experience working in a shared services or global business services environment.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, or similar platforms.
Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
Exposure to automation, AI, RPA, or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment.
