In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
Supporting pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.
Managing the full value chain from sales order booking to the final receipt of customer payment, ensuring Motion Products orders are delivered on time and within cost targets as well as managing order booking in SAP systems & factor success
Maintaining proactive customer communication regarding order acknowledgments, delivery schedules, and freight forwarder arrangements to ensure on-time delivery.
Owning all factory correspondence, including verifying packing lists, delivery details, and tracking goods receipts in SAP.
Processing warranty orders in SAP and BOL are based on inputs from the service team, tracking them through factory dispatch and managing the return of faulty materials.
Supporting the Business Controller during month-end closing activities & quarter revenue forecasting
Effectively supporting the sales team during urgent or emergency customer situations.

What it takes to Run what runs the world
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is strictly required for factory correspondence and professional communication.
1 to 5 years of dedicated experience in Order Handling, Logistics, or Order Management within a local market context.
Strong proficiency in SAP / ERP systems and dedicated order processing tools (experience with Basware, BOL, OMS, CSCOT, or POL is a major plus).
Solid understanding of commercial terms, conditions, and INCOTERMS.
Foundational knowledge of Letters of Credit (LCs), Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), Advance Bank Guarantees (ABG), and VAT regulations.
: Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply chain or a closely related field.
