Skeleton Technologies is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team in Estonia or Germany.

Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's LinkedIn presence and personal brand, adapting to his tone and style.
Manage the company LinkedIn page, sharing company news and updates.
Own and maintain the content calendar two to three weeks ahead, including events and external engagements across the C-suite.
Develop content ideas that build brand awareness and credibility for Skeleton.
Follow up with senior stakeholders to secure timely input, approvals and decisions.
Support the company's X presence as needed.
Carry out basic website updates and support wider marketing activities.
Track what content performs well and use it to shape future content.
Work directly with the CEO and the marketing and communications team.
Requirements
Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn content, ideally including an executive's or founder's personal brand.
An understanding of what type of content works on LinkedIn for a B2B company.
A broader digital marketing or marketing background is an advantage.
Experience with X is a plus; paid social experience is a plus but not required.
Highly organized, with a reliable track record of meeting deadlines.
Comfortable receiving direct, fast-paced feedback from senior leadership and adapting quickly.
Persistent and confident in following up with senior stakeholders to get answers.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Estonian or German is a plus.
A portfolio is welcome but not required.
