What you’ll do
Navigate complex employee lifecycle stages—from onboarding to talent management—by providing grounded, honest coaching to leaders on performance and business conduct.
Analyze data from daily activities and projects to identify messy patterns and trends, turning them into actionable improvements for HR programs.
Unblock organizational challenges by partnering cross-functionally with COEs like Benefits, Employee Relations, and Analytics to deliver seamless solutions.
Lead the implementation of regional or global projects, managing the tension between short-term urgent needs and long-term strategic goals.
Own and execute continuous improvement initiatives that simplify legacy processes and enhance the real-world experience for managers and employees.
Maintain regional compliance by managing high-stakes project work and ensuring policy adoption across diverse and evolving business segments.
Basic Qualifications
2
+ years of professional experience as an HR generalist, advisor, business partner, or program manager in human resources.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment or high-tech company.
Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting and applying employment laws and labor practices.
Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and case management tools.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead through ambiguity without direct authority.
Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive people-centric decisions.
Experience coaching mid-level managers on strengthening leadership skills and managing difficult employee relations.
