Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to define secure integration strategies, devise solution frameworks for enterprise systems, and identify infrastructure dependencies to enable efficient and compliant implementation.

Area of Responsibility
Requirement Analysis-Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to define solution strategies that align with enterprise IT roadmap, security, and risk management requirements, ensuring implementation feasibility across multiple systems.
Designing-Create design frameworks for enterprise systems, review implementation across applications, and assist in creating reusable patterns and governance processes to ensure proper integration and risk control.
Integration assessment and support-Define integration framework, manage infrastructure dependencies, and create strategies for secure and efficient integration across enterprise systems.
Troubleshooting-Assess the solution in the client environment and address any issues identified during the troubleshooting process through appropriate remediation steps.
Risk Analysis and Assessment-Identify potential risks, potential impact and define governance processes for risk management and compliance across enterprise solutions and review its adherence.
RFPs-"Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to contribute to proposals by providing inputs on the interoperability of multiple applications within an enterprise system, identification of change areas, and integration approaches aligned with business needs."

Profile description:
Looking for an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI platforms and solutions, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI Governance, Responsible AI, and AI-powered Digital Identity solutions. The ideal candidate will define AI architecture strategies, evaluate emerging technologies, establish governance frameworks, and drive AI adoption across business and technology domains. This role requires strong expertise in enterprise architecture, GenAI, cloud platforms, security, and scalable AI solution design. The role aligns closely with enterprise AI governance, explainability, AI-agent lifecycle management, and digital identity platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Define enterprise AI architecture and technology roadmaps.
Design scalable Generative AI and Agentic AI platforms.
Architect RAG, AI Agent, and LLM-based solutions.
Establish AI Governance, Responsible AI, and Explainability frameworks.
Design AI security, privacy, and compliance controls.
Define MLOps and LLMOps architectures and operating models.
Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms and APIs.
Lead technical reviews, architecture governance, and solution design.
Mentor engineering and architecture teams.
Experienced Dynamics 365 architect, hands-on in utilizing Azure components for Integration and extension scenarios.
Expert level in either Dynamics 365 CE Apps or Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain- Functional expertise.
Platform extension experience using either of Power apps /X++/ Azure iPAAS/ C#.net custom apps
Experienced in Copilot Studio Solution Design and delivery for real world scenarios.
Experienced in deploying some of the following in real world scenarios – Azure Cognitive Service, Azure AI Search , Document intelligence, content understanding, Vision , Voice, Language, Speech and other Azure AI Foundry tools
Appreciation of different LLMs and purpose of deployment for various business scenarios.
Custom AI solutions development and deployment experience on top of Dynamics 365 Platform .
