Freelance Business Systems Analyst – Jaggaer / Workday

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with hands-on experience in JAGGAER / Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) systems and preferably Workday integrations.
The role will focus on JAGGAER system administration, access remediation, P2P workflow analysis, Workday integration dependencies, documentation, and transition/go-live readiness.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day JAGGAER system administration activities.
Review and remediate user roles and system access based on security requirements.
Document current-state P2P workflows, system configurations, and integration dependencies.
Analyze JAGGAER touchpoints with Workday across procurement and finance processes.
Support role-based access management and security remediation.
Partner with Procurement and Finance stakeholders to define ownership and support responsibilities.
Document RACI, transition plans, operational responsibilities, and escalation paths.
Track transition activities, milestones, and issues using Jira or comparable tools.
Support go-live readiness validation and risk/blocker tracking.
Clearly communicate technical/system issues to business stakeholders.
🔹 Required Qualifications
3–5+ years of relevant Business Systems Analyst or system administration experience.
3+ years of hands-on JAGGAER or comparable P2P/procurement platform experience.
Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes, including purchase orders, approvals, supplier management, and catalog administration.
Experience with role-based access management and security remediation.
Experience documenting business workflows, system configurations, and access models.
Strong stakeholder communication skills with Procurement, Finance, IT, and business teams.
Experience with Jira or comparable project/issue tracking tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment.
🔹 Preferred
Hands-on Workday experience.
Experience supporting Workday integrations, particularly procurement-to-finance data flows.
Experience with ServiceNow.
Experience supporting ERP/procurement system transitions or go-live activities.
Candidates without Workday experience may be considered if they have strong JAGGAER/P2P experience and demonstrate the ability to learn Workday quickly.
