Product Manager

Requirements:
6-8 years in product, with at least one consumer product you took from a blank page to something people genuinely loved and used. Fintech preferred.
You trade. Brokering or active F& O, with your own money on the line. You've felt the gap between what your app showed you and what you actually needed to know.
You see the layer underneath. Implied vol, Greeks, skew, and payoff structure are well enough to argue about them, not just define them.
Obsessive about simplification. You can take IV skew or gamma exposure and make it land for someone who started trading last month, without flattening it into something wrong.
End-to-end ownership. You write the spec, sit with the designer, argue with the engineer, and watch the funnel after shipping. No handoffs, no throwing it over the wall.
Comfortable in the data. You pull your own numbers, define your own metrics, and know the difference between a real signal and a nice-looking dashboard.
Judgment on what not to build. At 0 to 1 the cut list matters more than the roadmap.
Bonus Points:
You've been early at a 0-to-1 startup. You know what it costs, and you want to do it again.
You've shipped AI/LLM-powered products to real users and dealt with the evaluation, latency, trust, and hallucination problems that show up after the demo.
You've worked inside a broker, exchange, or trading platform.
Design sensibility strong enough to sketch the flow yourself before anyone opens Figma.
You've built specifically for the Indian retail audience and understand how differently they think.
