You partner with Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, Controls, Compliance, and Legal to align requirements, manage trade-offs, and drive delivery in an agile environment. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across product, operations, technology, risk, controls, compliance, and legal to align on requirements, trade-offs, and delivery timelines
Lead process engineering workstreams by planning work, managing dependencies, and driving decisions to keep initiatives moving in an agile environment
Embed risk and controls into designs by identifying operational and regulatory risks early and ensuring appropriate preventive and detective controls are built into the process
Drive continuous improvement using data, root cause analysis, and feedback loops to simplify, standardize, automate where possible, and reduce rework
Mentor and support junior engineers through coaching, design reviews, and sharing best practices
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
10+ years of experience in process engineering, business process management, or operational excellence within retail banking
Demonstrated experience designing complex operations and customer journeys using BPMN 2.0 and process modeling tools (Signavio or equivalent)

Demonstrated experience identifying operational and regulatory risks and embedding preventive and detective controls into process designs
Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement using data, structured problem-solving, and root cause analysis
Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, and/or leading cross-functional workstreams or initiatives
Strong knowledge of retail banking products and operational servicing
Strong analytical capability and structured decision-making
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
Working knowledge of artificial intelligence and its application in financial services
