Coverage Elements
Eligibility Profiles
Enrollment Rules
Life Events
Notifications
Strong experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing & UAT support
Troubleshooting and resolving Benefits configuration issues
Experience with configuration documentation and stakeholder communication
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud releases and configuration enhancements
Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Certification is an added advantage
