Job Description
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting D365 Field Service solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into scalable functional solutions and driving successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Configure Dynamics 365 Field Service modules including Work Orders, Scheduling, Service Agreements, Assets, and Mobile App.
Facilitate workshops and solution design discussions.
Prepare functional design documents, test cases, and user stories.
Support UAT, training, and go-live activities.
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Required Skills
2-3+ years of Dynamics 365 Field Service experience.
Strong knowledge of Work Orders, Scheduling Board, Resource Management, and Service Agreements.
Experience with Field Service Mobile App.
Understanding of Data verse, Power Platform, and integrations.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Certifications
MB-240 Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant
PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant
