About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud), Python (Django), AWS Cloud, and Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and modernizing enterprise-grade applications while driving cloud-native transformation initiatives. This role requires deep technical expertise across application architecture, cloud engineering, API management, enterprise integrations, and distributed systems. You will lead engineering efforts, mentor development teams, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

What You'll Do:
Architect, design, and develop enterprise-scale applications using Java (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud) and Python (Django).
Lead modernization initiatives involving migration of monolithic applications to microservices architectures.
Enhance existing Django and Spring-based applications to improve scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Design and implement cloud-native applications and services on AWS.
Develop and manage distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
Design, build, and maintain REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and messaging-based integrations.
Drive API lifecycle management including security, versioning, governance, and monitoring.
Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka, SQS, SNS, and related messaging technologies.
Design and deliver enterprise integrations across CRM, ERP, MDM, iPaaS, and external business platforms.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define technical roadmaps.
Build scalable and resilient cloud solutions leveraging AWS managed services.
Lead code reviews and establish engineering standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation strategies.
Drive observability, monitoring, logging, and operational excellence initiatives.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, regulatory, performance, and governance requirements.
Support production environments, incident resolution, and root cause analysis activities.
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across multiple projects and teams.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to platforms and development practices.
Expertise You'll Bring:
10-15 years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Java and Python development.
Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud frameworks.
Strong expertise in Python and Django application development.
Proven experience designing and implementing Microservices and Distributed Systems architectures.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native design patterns and enterprise application architecture.
Deep expertise in AWS cloud services including EKS, ECS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Experience designing highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and resilient cloud applications.
Strong knowledge of API ecosystem design including REST APIs, GraphQL, API Security, API Governance, Version Management.
Hands-on experience with Kafka, SQS, SNS, and event-driven architectures.
Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns and enterprise application integration.
Experience integrating CRM, ERP, MDM, and third-party business platforms.
Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and DynamoDB.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release automation.
Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
Experience with containerization technologies including Docker.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented design principles, and scalable architecture practices.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical abilities.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Proven experience mentoring engineering teams and leading technical initiatives.
