Junior Controlling & Reporting Analyst (f/m/div.)

Your contribution to something big:
You will play a key role in monitoring business performance and translating complex financial data into actionable management insights. Operating within our SAP ecosystem and leveraging modern data visualization tools, you will support budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting processes while driving continuous improvement and automation in financial reporting:
Perform core SAP FI-CO cost accounting activities, including cost center analysis, allocation cycles, reposting, and validation of financial transactions.
Analyze key business development KPIs using SAP BW and SAP ERP systems.
Support the maintenance and regular update of dynamic Power BI dashboards to drive management decisions.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering, verifying, and consolidating financial information across different units.
Maintain internal databases, financial report files, and standardize process documentation.
Support data uploads, processing activities, and scheduled report updates.
Contribute to reporting improvements, reporting automation initiatives, and cross-functional financial projects.
What distinguishes you:
Education
University degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
Experience and Know-how
Solid understanding of financial reporting, controlling, or general accounting principles.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modeling).
Experience with SAP (specifically FI-CO, ERP, or BW) and Power BI is a strong advantage.
Interest or experience in financial data consolidation, database maintenance, and process automation.
Languages
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
