About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Hey, mabuhay! 👋
Thanks for dropping by. We know looking for the right job can feel like being stuck in EDSA traffic, so we’ll keep it moving and get straight to the point.
With over 8 million downloads and a powerful network of thousand of dedicated biker-partners, we are a leading ride-hailing platform operating across the Philippines. Our vision is to end poverty in the Philippines through revolutionary transportation solutions. We aim to provide our customers with convenient, reliable, and safe rides, impacting millions of lives positively every single day.
Now, we're looking for an Onboarding Marketing Manager. The Onboarding Marketing Manager owns the end-to-end lead generation funnel for driver recruitment — from initial awareness through to physical show-up at onboarding sessions. You will design and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns (online and offline), optimize every stage of the conversion funnel, and build repeatable playbooks that scale across multiple cities. Success is measured not by raw lead volume but by the quality and show-up rate of applicants who complete onboarding and take their first trip.
Lead Generation Strategy & Execution
• Design and own the full-funnel driver acquisition strategy across paid digital (Meta, Google, TikTok), organic
social, community partnerships, and on-ground activations.
• Develop city-specific lead generation plans that account for local market maturity, competitive dynamics, and channel effectiveness.
• Build and manage the offline acquisition program, including field marketing events, rider community outreach,
local business partnerships, and grassroots activations in key transport hubs.
• Manage media budgets and allocate spend across channels based on cost-per-qualified-lead and show-up rate performance.
Funnel Optimization & Conversion
• Own the lead-to-show-up conversion rate as the primary success metric; diagnose and remove friction at
every stage (application, document submission, scheduling, attendance).
• Design and A/B test nurture sequences (SMS, push, app-based messaging) that drive applicants from
registration to confirmed onboarding attendance.
• Collaborate with Operations to align marketing-generated lead flow with onboarding session capacity and
scheduling.
• Establish lead scoring and qualification criteria to prioritize high-intent applicants and reduce no-show rates.
Analytics & Reporting
• Build and maintain a funnel dashboard tracking leads by channel, stage, city, and cost — from first touch
through onboarding completion.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews with clear recommendations on channel mix, budget reallocation, and
creative refresh.
• Report insights to leadership, translating funnel data into strategic recommendations for scaling or pivoting
acquisition efforts.
Team & Stakeholder Management
• Directly manage the Onboarding Marketing Associate and any future team members; set priorities, coach
performance, and build team capabilities.
• Partner with Brand, CRM, Creatives, and Operations teams to ensure messaging consistency and seamless
applicant handoff from marketing to onboarding.
• Coordinate with regional and city-level teams to localize acquisition tactics for expansion markets.
Requirements
•5–7 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or lead generation — ideally in a marketplace, ride-hailing, logistics, or gig-economy platform.
• Proven track record managing multi-channel acquisition funnels (digital + offline) with clear accountability for cost-per-acquisition and conversion metrics.
• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) and familiarity with attribution models.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable building dashboards, interpreting funnel data, and making budget decisions from performance signals.
• Experience managing at least one direct report; able to mentor and develop junior marketers.
• Willingness to do field work — this role requires regular on-ground presence at transport hubs, onboarding centers, and community events, not just desk-based campaign management.
