The Position
Job Summary:
Sales Data Support: Provide timely and effective sales data support to the sales team or department；Opportunity & Order Tracking: Assist the sales team in managing and tracking instruments through the entire lifecycle—from sales opportunities to sales orders, through to final delivery to end-Customer；Regional Budget & Operations Management: Assist the regional head in managing CIB, FOC , expenses, and other related operational budgets；Meetings & Promotional Event Support: Assist in coordinating internal regional meetings and providing operational support for external promotional activities；Distributor Management: Support the sales team in distributor management and related operational tasks；Cross-functional Collaboration & Documentation: Assist the sales team in cross-departmental communication and coordination, as well as related document preparation and support.
The Opportunity:
Provide timely and effective data support to sales team to accomplish yearly target
Assist the sales team in managing and tracking instruments through the entire lifecycle—from sales opportunities to sales orders, through to final delivery to end-Customer.
Assist the regional head in managing CIB, FOC , expenses, and other related operational budgets
Manage business sales data for routine reports and management report
Assist in coordinating internal regional meetings and providing operational support for external promotional activities
Support the sales team in distributor management and related operational tasks
Cross-functional Collaboration & Documentation: Assist the sales team in cross-departmental communication and coordination, as well as related document preparation and support.
Who you are:
Bachelor Degree in Appropriate discipline
Good command of English in both spoken and written
Good command of MS office software application
Product & Application Expertise
At least 2-5 years’ experience in similar industry
