This position reports to:
IS Service Owner for Legal

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions within ABB's Legal & Integrity function. You will work closely with business stakeholders, application support teams, developers, and external partners to analyze business requirements, support solution delivery, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Information Systems (IS) services and processes.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for internal and external delivery teams.
Supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IS solutions and services by applying business process and data analysis knowledge.
Coordinating application enhancements and changes throughout the delivery lifecycle, including requirements definition, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Supporting and leading assigned initiatives, working with business stakeholders, external development partners, and service providers to ensure successful delivery of agreed business outcomes.
Qualifications for the role
2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis, application support, project coordination, or a related role, working with business and technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of requirements management, business process analysis, Agile methodologies, and software development lifecycle practices.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 technologies, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, AI tools, or chatbot/agent solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to work with global business and technical teams.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
A valid work permit/visa for the job location is required where applicable.
