Position Purpose
Ensure that all finished products/systems comply with quality, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements prior to shipment, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Perform final quality inspections on products and systems intended for shipment.
Verify product compliance with technical drawings, specifications, internal procedures, and customer requirements.
Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections using appropriate measuring instruments.
Validate the completeness and accuracy of product documentation (certificates, test reports).
Manage and record inspection results in company systems.
Identify, segregate, and report any nonconformities detected during final inspection.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Quality Assurance to resolve quality issues.
Support root cause analysis and define corrective and preventive actions.
Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and third-party audits when requested.
Monitor quality indicators related to outgoing inspection and final product/system testing and propose continuous improvement actions.
Required Technical Skills
Knowledge of quality control methodologies and final inspection techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Use of dimensional measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, comparators, etc.).
Knowledge of non-conformity management principles.
Familiarity with applicable regulations and quality standards (ISO 9001).
Good knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Office.
Experience using ERP systems or quality management software.

Requirements
Technical diploma
At least 2-3 years' experience in Quality Control, Inspection, or Manufacturing Quality roles.
Proficiency in English (intermediate or higher level).
Availability to perform inspections in production areas and warehouses.
Range: 30.000-35.000€
