Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled RPA & AI Agent Developer with 7+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in Intelligent Automation and RPA development. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable automation solutions using Blue Prism and developing AI-powered agents leveraging modern frameworks and Generative AI technologies.
The role involves designing end-to-end automation workflows, integrating AI agents with enterprise systems, and driving digital transformation through intelligent automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
RPA Development & Automation
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Blue Prism
• Identify automation opportunities by analyzing business processes
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and best practices
• Handle bot monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support
• Implement exception handling, logging, and error management mechanisms
AI Agent Development
• Design and develop AI-powered agents using frameworks like LangGraph / Strands
• Build multi-agent workflows and orchestrate interactions across systems
• Develop conversational AI solutions integrated with enterprise applications
• Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and vector DB concepts
• Build APIs, plugins, and tool integrations for AI agents
Integration & Solution Engineering
• Integrate with REST APIs, SOAP services, databases, and enterprise systems
• Develop end-to-end workflows combining RPA bots and AI agents
• Work with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for automation deployment
• Participate in architecture and design discussions
Governance & Quality
• Follow coding standards, security practices, and automation guidelines
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Prepare and maintain PDD, SDD, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, audit, and security standards
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in RPA / Intelligent Automation
• Hands-on experience in Blue Prism development (Process Studio, Object Studio)
• Strong experience in API integrations and workflow automation
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale automation solutions
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
Preferred Skills
• Experience with AI/ML and Generative AI technologies
• Exposure to LangGraph, Strands, or similar AI agent frameworks
• Knowledge of vector databases and knowledge management systems
• Experience in cloud-native automation solutions
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and version control (Git)
