Manager-Consumer Insights & Research

Roles & responsibilities :
Design and execute research independently or with the help of an agency partner to decode the customer pulse and disseminate findings within the org.
Support across product, business, growth, marketing and CX charters to represent the voice of consumers, and influence decisions that delight consumers.
Help to launch new services, features, and products - working with Product and Business teams.
Lead & execute studies such as Brand track, NPS, customer pulse surveys and run in-depth immersions first-hand.
Leverage the latest AI tools and techniques - be curious to learn from the outside world and apply the relevant AI practices at your daily work.
Desired skills :
At least 5 years of work experience in consumer insights / user research.
Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research practices. Heavy on Quantitative.
Comfort with driving projects grounds up, executing it independently with internal resources - develop Qres/Guides/conduct interviews & work out the analysis plan.
Ability to independently execute research requirements end-to-end from decoding the objective, scoping & dissemination with leadership.
Strong analytical, planning and multi-tasking skills with demonstrated ability to self-start, contribute and work in an entrepreneurial environment.
Has led large-scale research projects (Quant) during previous experience.
Exposure to the Online/tech industry would be an added advantage.
