Manager– Advisory | Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh
About the Role:
We are looking to onboard a high-performing Manager with 7–10 years of experience in Government Advisory / Infrastructure Consulting to lead strategic engagements in industrialization, PPP structuring, and industrial infrastructure development.
This role requires a client-facing leader who can independently driveproblem-solving, manage teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Delivery
Act as the primary interface with senior government stakeholders, ensuring strong relationship management and delivery excellence
Lead assignments acrossindustrial policy, industrial infrastructure development, PPP structuring, and sector diagnostics
Drive solutioning for complexclient problems, includingindustrial park planning,investment promotion strategies, and PPP frameworks
Ensure high-quality deliverables under tight timelines, maintaining strong ownership and accountability
Team Management
Manage and mentor juniorteam members; ensurequality control across outputs
Allocate workstreams and drive timelyexecution with strong attention to detail
Build a high-performance culturefocused on clientimpact and execution excellence Strategy & Advisory
Undertake benchmarking studies (national & global) for industrial ecosystems and infrastructure models
Support development of industrial corridors, parks, clusters, and logistics infrastructure strategies
Work on PPP structuring, bid process management, concession frameworks, and transaction advisory
Provide insights on industrychallenges, PPP issues,and policy/regulatory reforms Business Development
Contribute to proposal development, pitch presentations, and client expansionopportunities
Identify opportunities within ongoing engagements to scale mandates and deepen impact
Desired Candidate Profile
6–10 years of relevantexperience in Govt. Advisory, Real Estate, Infrastructure Consulting
Strong preference for professionals with experience at Big 4 firms or leading consulting organizations
Proven experience across:
Industrialization & industrial policy
Industrial parks / clusters / infrastructure projects
PPP advisory & transaction structuring
Benchmarking and sector analysis
Demonstrated ability to:
Manage both clients and teams independently
Work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Deliver insightful, structured, and high-quality outputs
