Poland & Baltics Sales Consultant
Johnson Controls delivers building technology, security, and HVAC solutions that help customers manage critical environments with confidence. In this role, you will strengthen local sales execution across Poland and the Baltics by improving customer responsiveness, partner engagement, opportunity follow-up, and quotation support.
Key Responsibilities
Support customer and partner inquiries with timely follow-up, clear communication, and accurate coordination.
Prepare, track, and update quotations, proposals, and sales documentation to keep opportunities moving.
Handle administrative and coordination tasks that support the sales cycle and improve response times.
Maintain ongoing relationships with key customers and act as a regular point of contact for sales-related matters.
Work closely with the Poland BDM and broader sales team to identify, prioritize, and progress opportunities.
Engage with partners to support local market activity and strengthen commercial coverage across Poland and the Baltics.
Provide first-level supervision to inside sales associates, including monitoring, technical product training, and support on more complex sales activity.
Contribute to opportunity conversion by following up consistently, removing delays, and coordinating internal input where needed.

Qualifications
University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, estimation, service sales, or a similar commercial role.
Experience supporting B2B customers, quotations, opportunity follow-up, or sales coordination.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and support a busy sales pipeline.
Customer empathy and a solution-oriented mindset.
Comfort working across different markets and collaborating with a regional sales team.
