Your Mission
Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
Train operators and maintenance personnel.
Support customers with technical expertise.
Represent TOMRA as a trusted partner in the field
A typical week might include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting or service activities with a customer near Rennes, operator training following a machine installation, and occasional travel to support customers elsewhere in France.
🏠 Home-based role
When not visiting customers, you'll work from your home office to prepare for upcoming customer visits, complete service reports, update technical documentation and provide remote support when needed.
📍 Brittany-focused territory
Your primary responsibility will be supporting customers throughout Brittany and neighbouring regions. As part of TOMRA's national Field Service team, you may occasionally support colleagues and customers elsewhere in France when business needs require.

Technical qualification (BAC+2 or equivalent) in Electrotechnics, Industrial Maintenance, Automation, Electronics, or a related discipline, with hands-on experience in electrical fault-finding and electromechanical troubleshooting.
Fluent French and the ability to communicate effectively in English within a technical and professional environment.
Previous experience in Field Service, customer-site maintenance, commissioning, installation, or travelling technical support roles is highly preferred.
Proven experience performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities on industrial equipment in customer-facing environments.
Good understanding of IT systems, networking fundamentals, and PC configuration.
Strong customer-service mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and colleagues.
A valid driving licence is required for this position.
