Manager, Financial & Payment Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Financial & Payment Operations based in the United States.
This role will lead the operational execution of a complex healthcare payments ecosystem spanning payment processing, settlements, reconciliation, collections, and money movement.
You will play a central role in modernizing payment infrastructure and building scalable operational processes that support continued growth.
The position combines payments expertise, operational leadership, analytics, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Operations, and external financial partners.
A key focus will be improving payment accuracy, automating manual workflows, strengthening controls, and resolving operational exceptions.
You will also establish performance metrics and reporting that provide clear visibility into payment and collections operations.
