About the role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will own the stability, security, and continuous delivery of our hybrid setup (AWS Cloud + On-Premise Servers/Data Centres). You will bridge developer workflows with live production systems, ensuring high availability, automated deployments, and regulatory compliance required for financial operations.
Requirements:
Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, Cloud, or Systems Engineering role.
Cloud and On-Prem: Demonstrated experience operating on AWS (EC2 S3 RDS, VPC, IAM) alongside hands-on Linux/bare-metal on-premises server administration.
Version Control and CI/CD: Strong expertise with Git/GitHub for code management, branching strategies, and CI/CD workflow automation.
Containerization: Hands-on experience with Docker; basic exposure to Kubernetes is a strong plus.
Scripting: Proficient in automation using Bash/Shell or Python.
Networking and Security: Practical understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, load balancers, reverse proxies (Nginx), firewalls, and SSL/TLS certificates.
Required Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.
Ownership mindset; able to deliver complete features independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous learning.
