Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Conduct supplier identification, market intelligence research, and commodity analysis.
Monitor commodity trends, market conditions, and country risk factors to support sourcing decisions.
Support category strategy development and strategic sourcing initiatives.
Analyze spend data, cost-saving opportunities, supplier utilization, and sourcing performance.
Develop, maintain, and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and performance tracking systems.
Manage and support SAP-SRM, supplier portals, Power BI, and other procurement analytics tools.
Assist with supplier risk management and supplier business reviews.
Lead or support cross-functional projects focused on TCO reduction, productivity, and supply chain optimization.
Provide timely data and insights to support business decision-making and category management teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain organization.
Required Skills
Strong analytical, research, and data management capabilities.
Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain analytics.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Power BI, Access, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of SAP-SRM or similar procurement systems preferred.
Strong project management and reporting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Sound business judgment and problem-solving abilities.
