Job Description
Support the Engineering team in developing the Autonomous Maintenance program.
Learn and understand basic machine and equipment maintenance.
Support the preparation of Work Instructions and Maintenance Checklists.
Support preparation of tools and materials for maintenance activities.
Support the implementation of Autonomous Maintenance SOPs in the Production area.
Support the Production team in basic machine and equipment maintenance, such as: cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection and tightening (CLIT)
Identify simple machine problems and develop maintenance task to prevent occurrence.
Requirements
Student or fresh graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Basic knowledge of machines and maintenance.
Able to read English technical manuals.
Experience or internship in FMCG/Manufacturing is preferred.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to learn and work in a Production environment.
Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
