AI Automation Expert (project job 3-4 month)

Our client, a marketing agency working with DTC brands, is looking for an AI & Automation Expert to help build smarter, more efficient ways of working across marketing, data, and client operations.
This is a project-based opportunity for approximately 3–4 months, with a focus on building and improving automation workflows, exploring practical AI solutions, and helping the team get more value from tools like n8n and Klaviyo.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, and similar tools to streamline campaign operations, reporting, and client communication
Work with Klaviyo’s AI and advanced features, including predictive churn modeling, RFM segmentation, and AI-driven traffic identification
Set up and manage integrations across the marketing tech stack and troubleshoot workflow issues when they arise
Explore new AI and automation tools, test their potential, and help the team identify what’s actually worth implementing
Look for opportunities to automate repetitive processes and make day-to-day workflows more efficient
Turn complex technical solutions into clear, practical explanations for non-technical teammates and clients
What you bring
Hands-on experience with automation platforms, ideally n8n, and working with APIs/integrations
Comfort working with data; SQL is a plus
Genuine curiosity about AI and automation and the ability to distinguish useful solutions from hype
A problem-solving mindset and willingness to experiment and learn
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear way
Good English communication skills
What we offer
Fully remote
Full-time project-based role for 3–4 months
$1,000–$1,500/month, depending on your skills, experience, and overall fit for the role, which we’ll assess throughout the interview process
