Job Description:
Training Coordinator supports various training related processes and initiatives, including generating reports, training administrations and creating assignments or curricula.
Responsibilities
· Generating various training reports and metrics
· Administrating training requests and forms on the training system (Compliance Wire)
· Coordinating and monitoring all employee training activities and records
· Support managers in curriculum design, content creation, and periodic reviews for curricula and training assessments
· Help drive structured onboarding, cross-boarding, and offboarding processes
· Ensuring employee qualifications are tracked and maintained in our training systems (Compliance Wire / TRIP)
Skills and Education
An MBO-level or higher education, preferably in a quality-related field
Familiarity with Quality Management System preferably in Medical Devices industry
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€35,000.00 - €53,360.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
