Responsibilities
Proactively acquire new-to-bank customers to grow the Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
Cross-sell a comprehensive range of retail banking products, including wealth management, insurance, and loan products, to meet established targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with bank standards to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Adhere strictly to all internal policies, operational risk guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards during daily transactions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management, preferably within the financial services sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting performance targets.
Sound knowledge of retail banking products, financial regulations, and compliance procedures.
