Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily branch operations to ensure seamless, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
Drive service excellence and customer satisfaction metrics, ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal audit standards, and risk management policies.
Manage operational risk, conduct regular control self-assessments, and resolve audit findings promptly.
Lead, mentor, and develop the branch service team to foster a high-performance culture and support career progression.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize branch processes and promote digital banking adoption.
Manage and resolve complex customer feedback and escalations in a professional manner.
Requirements
Significant experience in branch operations and customer service management within consumer banking.
Deep understanding of retail banking products, operational risk, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Proven leadership and people management capabilities, with a track record of building cohesive teams.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and drive digital transformation initiatives within the branch.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
