Serve as a central coordination point between the Executive Office and internal and external stakeholders.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Organize business travel, meetings, visits, and related logistics when required.
Track important deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups and proactively flag pending or urgent matters.

Maintain accurate and well-organized records, documents, and executive-office information.
Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and increase the efficiency of the Executive Office.
Handle ad hoc requests and priorities with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
Requirements
Fluent English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
3+ years of experience in office management, executive support, business administration, coordination, or a related field.
Previous experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership is highly preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively identify what needs to be done.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.
What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is highly dependable, organized, discreet, and comfortable working directly with senior leadership and handling confidential and time-sensitive matters.
