As a Full Stack Developer Intern, you’ll work on live projects across the frontend, backend, database, and third-party integrations.
About the role
You should be comfortable building with React, Next.js, NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript. You don’t need to know every answer already, but you should be able to investigate a problem, explain your approach, write maintainable code, and follow your work through to a working result.
This is a hands-on role for someone who has already built or contributed to projects beyond tutorials and wants to grow in a real development environment.
What You'll Work On
Web applications and product features used by real teams, clients, or customers
Responsive interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
Backend modules and APIs using NestJS and Node.js
Data models, queries, and application logic using SQL and NoSQL databases
Integrations with external services and APIs
Bugs and improvements in existing applications
Features that need to work reliably from the user interface through to the database
Roles and Responsibility
Understand feature requirements and break them into clear development tasks
Build, test, and improve frontend components and backend APIs
Connect frontend flows with backend services and handle loading, error, and edge states
Design and work with database schemas, queries, and migrations
Integrate third-party services while handling authentication, validation, failures, and retries where needed
Debug issues across the full stack and find the root cause
Write readable code and collaborate through GitHub branches, pull requests, and code reviews
Communicate progress, blockers, and technical decisions clearly
Take feedback seriously and improve your work through iteration
Consider performance, security, and maintainability while building features
What We Are Looking For
You should have:
Practical experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
Working knowledge of React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, and NestJS
A good understanding of both frontend and backend development
Experience building and consuming APIs
Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including how to model and retrieve data
Experience with integrations such as third-party APIs, authentication providers, payments, email, or webhooks
Experience using Git and GitHub to manage code and collaborate
At least one live project you can explain: what you built, the decisions you made, and the problems you solved
The ability to debug your own work and ask useful questions when you’re stuck
The discipline to work from our Saket, Delhi office throughout the 3-6month internship
Good to have:
Redis and BullMQ
GitHub Actions and CI/CD workflows
Jira or another task management tool
Experience deploying, monitoring, or troubleshooting applications in a production environment
You don’t need every “good to have” skill. We care more about whether you understand what you’ve built and can keep learning.
Who should not apply

Have only followed tutorials and cannot explain a project you’ve built or contributed to
Want to work exclusively on frontend or exclusively on backend
Copy code without understanding how or why it works
Avoid debugging, feedback, or revisiting an implementation
Regularly leave tasks unfinished without communicating blockers
Are looking only for an internship certificate
Cannot work from our office in Saket, New Delhi, for three to six months
