Responsible for supporting portfolio monitoring and reporting for private market investments by managing data ingestion, validation, governance, and delivery of actionable insights through a centralized data management platform.
· Manage end-to-end data ingestion and onboarding of portfolio company data into data management platforms, including financial statements, capital activity, portfolio company operating metrics, and other investment data sourced from portfolio companies reporting, existing spreadsheet based models and client systems.
· Perform data mapping, transformation, normalization, and validation activities to align disparate source data with standardized chart of accounts, KPI frameworks, portfolio monitoring structures, and reporting requirements while ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
· Execute periodic data refreshes and reporting cycles, maintaining current financial, and operational datasets to support portfolio monitoring, investor reporting, performance measurement, covenant tracking, etc.
· Maintain data governance and operational documentation, including data dictionaries, mapping specifications, reporting methodologies, process flows, SOPs, and control frameworks to support scalable and consistent delivery.
· Collaborate with portfolio monitoring, valuation, and technology teams to continuously enhance data workflows, reporting capabilities, automation opportunities, and platform adoption across client engagements.
