Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Business Analytics
Identify and measure quantitative and qualitative business & event indicators to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Business indicators (sales – FLS, SLS, BCG, KPIs, pricing; profitability; customer – universe, coverage, segmentation, investment; expenses-direct brand expense mapping, tracking, high value event metrics, participation tracking etc; field force-structure, count, benchmarks; social media – analytics
Differentiated dash boarding initiatives (Tableau/ Power BI etc.)
Maintaining event master and records
Regular updating and maintenance of key events, data points, & allied
Documentation & controls
Setting up review meetings with key marketing stakeholders (e.g. EM Rx. Marketing Vertical Heads) and preparation of MoM for such meetings
Other Business – Related Ad Hoc Assignments
Country specific analytics due to changes in market dynamics
Bench marking
Travel Estimate
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree (Science/Commerce/Arts from an accredited university. Management degree would be preferred
Experience
Tenure : 5 – 8 years (Hands on in analytical role / consulting)
