Junior Motion Designer

Lumina Design is looking for a Junior Motion Designer with 0–2 years of experience to join our team. We’re looking for someone who has a strong eye for design, understands movement and timing, and can turn static ideas into motion that feels intentional, polished and memorable.
What you’ll work on
You’ll collaborate closely with our design and creative teams across:
• Website animations and interactions
• Brand motion and visual identities
• Social media and campaign assets
• Logo animations
• Product and UI animations
• Motion graphics for presentations, launches and digital experiences
• Experimental motion concepts for client projects
Software you should know
Must have:
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Figma
Good to have:
• Blender / Cinema 4D or any 3D software
• Lottie / Bodymovin
• Rive
• Basic understanding of web animations and how motion translates into development
You don’t need to know everything perfectly. What matters more to us is your design sense, attention to detail and ability to create high-quality motion.
Experience
0–2 years
Freshers with a good portfolio are absolutely welcome to apply.
