Head of FP&A
Office Location: Swindon/London – Hybrid

The Role
This role will report into the Finance Director. You will be involved in the overall strategy of the FP&A team, looking at its capabilities, highlighting potential best in class system recommendation and adaptability to the market, and bringing your own ideas and experience to help get the best performance out of this business unit and processes.
You will be managing a team of 4 direct reports, with a wider team of 6, and working with wider business teams. We are looking for a strong leader, who can drive change and sell ideology, and who can implement better ways of working and processes into a dynamic team and business unit. You will have autonomy and flexibility to grow and/or model the direction of FP&A.
What you will be doing:
Reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis for legal entities, Edenred PayTech UK, and PPS EU (supported by PPS EU Finance Manager), as part of the wider Edenred International Group reporting process
Enhance and deploy reporting processes and tools as part of our transformation project
Leading the preparation of budget process including planning, process, files, analysis, and presentation across PayTech legal entities and PayTech Payment Hub
Performance analysis and partnering with key business stakeholders within PayTech Payment Hub
Implement finance systems to ensure high data quality control and efficient reporting and forecasting process
Create and present monthly departmental cost analyst as the base of the engagement/partnership with managers and directors
Review our cost allocation and allocation key with the Head of Financial Control to ensure for purpose group reporting
Enhance, maintain, or evaluate our Finance MI Tool to delivery easy, reliable, finance information to the business
Providing ongoing support for the preparation of the strategic plan on financial trajectory and company performance ratios
Supporting the Procurement Manager with relevant data analysis
Providing ad-hoc analysis for the group / CFO when required
What you will bring:
Qualified Accountant – CIMA or ACCA
Strong background in FP&A with proven commercial experience
Strong experience in international business reporting
Strong managerial experience and people leadership
Strong experience in analytical cost analysis and departmental performance analysis (vs business KPI)
Excellent stakeholder relationship management and presentation skills
A strong, collaborative leader
Excellent Excel knowledge
An understanding of Power BI, Oracle Hyperion, and Oracle Smartview would be highly beneficial to this position
An understanding of Databases and Power Query in Excel and Power BI would be highly beneficial to this position.
