We are looking for a versatile, autonomous, and driven Corporate Recruiter who excels in relationship-building and acts with high integrity. Serving as a true "Swiss Army Knife" for our Talent Acquisition organization, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across a broad spectrum of North American roles—spanning Go-To-Market (GTM), General & Administrative (G&A), Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

This is a hybrid role, where you will have direct exposure to senior leadership and serve as the local face of IAS while managing hands-on interview coordination. Our team is innovative and constantly strives to elevate the TA function, offering opportunities to contribute well beyond day-to-day recruiting.
What you’ll get to do:
Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing through onboarding, ensuring an engaging, seamless, and positive candidate throughout each stage
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, advising them on hiring best practices, market trends, and recruiting strategy, and co-partner to drive the hiring process
Build talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs
Use ATS reporting and data insights to communicate pipeline health and inform hiring strategy
Develop trust with hiring managers through data, expertise, and consultative partnership
Ensure interview teams are aligned and prepared, facilitating smooth collaboration and timely feedback
Evaluate skills, culture add, and compensation expectations, conduct reference checks, and manage the offer phase
Develop diverse sourcing strategies, tapping into innovative tools, networks, and communities to build a strong pipeline
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, leveraging automation, tools, and creative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Manage in-person interview coordination for the Talent Acquisition team in our NYC office, including greeting candidates, booking rooms, guiding interviewers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
Leverage emerging technologies and innovative tools to continuously enhance efficiency and effectiveness in your day-to-day workflow
Partner closely with HR Operations to manage background checks and new hire screenings seamlessly
You should apply if you have most of this:
3-5 years of experience in multiple disciplinary recruiting (1-2 years hiring commercial/GTM roles preferred) within a fast-paced environment where you’ve balanced multiple priorities
Resilient and adaptable—you thrive in ambiguity, welcome challenges, and handle feedback with confidence
Hands-on experience integrating AI into your recruiting workflow (such as using it for sourcing or workflow optimization)
A strong relationship-builder, eager to develop deeper partnerships with hiring managers and become a trusted advisor
Curious and insights-driven—you use data to inform decisions and are excited to grow into a more strategic hiring approach
Open to learning and evolving—you don’t need to have all the answers now, but you bring a problem-solving mindset and a drive to improve
Comfortable with change and process iteration—you don’t just execute; you look for ways to make things better and more scalable
Experienced in G-Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, Gem, and ATS platforms (Workday preferred)
A self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and a bias for action
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
IAS Pay Transparency:
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) as well as PPO, HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions. All full-time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans. Each candidate’s compensation package is based on multiple factors, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.
