Role Description
We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the US IT job market, visa categories (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), and proven success in closing W2 and C2C requirements.�
Key Responsibilities
Handle full lifecycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, submission, coordination, and closure.�
Source candidates via job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn) and internal databases.�
Understand technical requirements and submit quality profiles within SLAs.�
Negotiate rates/salary and close candidates effectively.�
Maintain ATS pipelines and ensure compliance with US employment and visa norms.�
Required Skills
2+ years of hands-on US IT staffing experience (W2 and C2C).�
Strong command of English (written and verbal).�
Familiarity with key technologies: Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, etc.�
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
